Abstract
The basic principles of X-ray absorption fine structure(XAFS),including the theory, the data analysis and the experiment in detail, were introduced. To display its strength as a local structure probe, the XAFS applications in condensed matters were summarized comprehensively,i.e.thin films,nano-structural and buck materials(including semiconductors, metallic alloys and complex oxide compounds),etc. In addition, some new XAFS-related techniques, such as in-situ XAFS,micro-XAFS,time-resolved XAFS,were reviewed, and new applications of XAFS were given.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
