Abstract

The decavanadate complex,K_4Na_2[V_(10)O_(28)]·10H_2O,has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis.The crystal of title complex (K_4Na_2[V_(10)O_(28)]·10H_2O,Mw=1 339.94) belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with the following crystallographic parameters:a=8.613 6(15),b=10.383 7(18),c=11.012 0(19),α=69.223(2),β=87.118(2),γ=66.084(2),V=836.8(3)3,Z=1,D_c=2.659 Mg·m -3 ,μ(MoKα)=3.308 mm -1 ,F(000)=652,Completeness to θ_ 25.03 °=98.7%,the goodness of fit S=1.003,(Δ/σ)_ max =0.000,and final R_1=0.030 9,wR_2=0.087 7.
