Abstract
Nectin-4 is a member of the Nectin family that belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily(IgSF),which is a new component of adhesion molecules. The abnormal expression of Nectins would lead cells to lose their stability and contribute to the occurrence and development of malignant tumors.Nectin-4 is indeed not detected in normal adult tissues, but highly expressed in tumor cell lines. The relationship of Nectin-4 with tumors is described, and the fact that Nectin-4 would provide new scientific evidence for diagnosis and treatment of human tumor is presented.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
