Abstract

[Objective] To explore the electrophysiological properties of mice spiral ganglion cell by using patch clamp technique.[Methods] Sodium channel currents of acutely trypsin-dissociated spiral ganglion cells were recorded and analyzed by using whole-cell variation of the voltage clamp technique.[Result] In the membrane of spiral ganglion cells,we recorded tetrodotoxin-sensitive inside sodium currents,which channel activity had the character of voltage-dependence.Some spiral ganglion cells did not exhibit sodium currents exhibited,but had delayed rectifier potassium currents.[Conclusion] The electrophysiological properties of mice spiral ganglion cells can be reference to the research of the mechanices of auditory and the ion channel pharmacology.
