Analysis on Relative Factors of Endometrial Lesions of Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective To explore the relative factors of endometrial lesions of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods The endometrial pathological state of 109 patients was detected by histological method,and the anthropometry measurements and endocrine hormones、insulin and blood glucose were determinated in the same time.60 normal women were control,and the difference between groups was compared.Results The histopathologic diagnosis of endometrium:A group(n=50) was simple endometrial hyperplasias mainly;B group(n=59) was proliferative stage mainly.The LH/FSH、T and IR had a statistical difference(P0.05) compared A group、B group and control.The BMI had a statistical difference(P0.05) compared A group and control.Conclusion The endometrium histopathologic changes of patients with PCOS are simple hyperplasias mainly.The obesity、insulin resistance and high testosterone are important factors of abnormal hyperplasia of endometrium and cancerization.
