Abstract
The calculation of pile negative friction is a important foundation for pile foundation design when pile foundation is in large area filled up ground. Through engineering example the single pile's ultimate bearing capacity and negative friction are calculated and predicted. The comparative analysis with actual bearing capacity reveals that this prediction is scientific and applicative.
