Abstract

Objective:To explore the feasibility of Penicillin medication again for patients with history of Penicillin allergy.Methods:38 patients with history of Penicillin allergy were re-tested and received Penicillin therapy.Results:35 patients of them weren't positive and developed allergic reaction when they received Penicillin therapy again.Conclusion:Patients with history of Penicillin allergy could be appropriate skin test and received treatment of Penicillin after negative skin re-test of Penicillin.
