Observation and nursing of common complications 78 hemodialysis patients with long-term indwelling catheter internal carotid

Objective:To explore the internal jugular long-term hemodialysis patients indwelling catheter with care,prevention and control of the complications of extended time catheter lien.Methods:78 patients with subcutaneous tunnel internal jugular vein long-term indwelling catheter patients were retrospectively analysis,the article prevention catheter complication nursing experience.Results:78 patients of internal jugular vein,the road 74 cases(right in 71 cases,left 3 cases),external jugular vein and subclavian vein each in 2 cases.In addition to one patient cerebral infarction,1 case lung infection,and the rest were in death catheter use.Appeared intraductal thrombosis or insufficient flow 11 cases,the thrombolysis,adjust the catheter are again.10 cases of infection rates,3.61 times/1000 catheter,anti-infection treatment,after inflammation disappear.Conclusion:Blood dialysis nurse in implementing various care should be strict aseptic manipulation,master of conventional care into the catheter,regulate the operation process,pay attention to the psychological health education,nursing and reduce catheter complications.
