Abstract
The test showed that the triazole fungicides hexaconazole and tebucolazole posessed much higher inhibitory activity against mycelial growth of Rhizoctonia cerealis than carbendazim,thiophanate-methyl,carboxin,azoxystrobin,prochloraz,SYP-Z048,validmycin,toclofos-methyl,quintozene,hymexazol,thiram,chlorothalonil,propineb,mancozeb; hexaconazole 5% ME,tebuconazole 12.5% ME,and Amistar 25% SC exhibited higher inhibitory activity againt R.cerealis infecting wheat seedings than carbendazim 50% WP,thiophate-methyl 70% WP,toclofos-methyl 20% EC,validmycin 5% SP,Vitavax 200FF,Daconil 40% SC,propiconazole 25% EC,flusilazole 40% EC,difenoconazole10% WP,and thiram 50% WP;Synergistic interaction exsited between thiram and hexaconazole,1∶10 is the optimal ratio of mixing.600-1 200-fold suspension of 44% hexaconazole-thiram WP prepared at the optimal ratio didn′t inhibit the growth of wheat and delay the emergence of wheat seedlings with wheat seeds soaked in suspension of 44% hexaconazole-thiram WP or with the surface of soil sprayed by suspension of 44% hexaconazole-thiram WP.
