Abstract
The major ways and effect of enhancing oil recovery in ultra-low permeability reservoirs in Block Wei 81 of Weicheng Oilfield are introduced and its overall development effect assessment is performed. After the operation water-drive control reserves and water-drive producing reserves are raised yearly, and production depletion induced in lod oil wells is controlled effectively. It is pointed out that the major measures include overall reservoir fracture reconstruction, production by fracturing, which are important measures for low permeability reservoir production.
