Clinical significance of change of coagulation fibrinolytic system in reconstruction of fingers

Objective:To discuss the change and rule of coagulation system and fibrinolytic system in the reconstruction of fingers,and investigate its influence on the surgery.Methods:15 cases(19 fingers)of patients who were treated with finger reconstruction surgery from January 2007 to February 2009 in our hospital were selected as the subjects,the coagulation and fibrinolysis before and after the evolution of the system were compared,and the change and rule of coagulation system and fibrinolytic system and its impact on the operation were observed.Results:The alternation of coagulation and fibrinolysis was obvious.The body function of self rehabilitation ability and prevention were greatly strengthened.Conclusion:The interaction of coagulation system and fibrinolytic system has vital clinical significance in the finger reconstruction,it is worthy of further research.
