Abstract

In this paper,the mechanism of the reversible addition fragmentation chain-transfer(RAFT) and the synthesis process of the RAFT agent were discussed.The development of RAFT polymerization in the synthesis and structure design of a variety of polymers and copolymers were reviewed.In addition,the application of the RAFT polymerization was discussed.
