Abstract
Due to a series of flotation, the particle size of cyanide tailings is relatively small, the cyanide tailings slurry become harder to settle, there are more fine particle in the back water, which will reduce the flotation index and the rate of backwater. To solve this problem,we focus on two aspects in this paper:(1)determining the optimal dosage and suitable pH value range in turbidity removal of common inorganic and organic flocculants by the sedimentation experiment of cyanide tailings;(2)determining the optimal dosage of inorganic-organic composite flocculants through the flocculating activity in cyanide tailings treatment.
