URBAN LAND MANAGEMENT——THE CORE OF URBAN MANAGEMENT

Urban management is new concept、new mechanism and new measure about development of city.It came into being in the later of 1990s,after opening and reforming police,along with the development of market economy and urbanization.This thesis introduces the concept of urban management and urban land management,explaines why urban land management was the core of urban management and gives some advice on how to establish mechanism of market and administration of urban management.
