Abstract
microRNA(miRNA) are family of small,non-coding RNA.Recent years,scientists found that miRNA are relationship to genetic regulation.miRNA can regulate the complementary mRNAs through cleavage or translational repression of the miRNA targets.This paper is focused on the characteristics of miRNAs,biogenesis,mechanism and function.
