On Xiao Yi's Ideology

Xiao Yi lived in the eve of a historical period when the South and the North tended to merge into one another in Chinese history. His ideology reveals a mixture of Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism and many others, distinguishing itself as a particular ideological system. This ideology illustrates his political ambition of uniting the separate states into a monarchy and the establishment of a dominating idea in the ideological culture in his time.
