Law has the highest authority.Building a harmonious society is to build the law-governed society.Law-governance of socialism is an inherent requirement of building a harmonious society,is an important guarantee for building a harmonious society,and a basic way to build a harmonious society.Socialist harmonious society is the rule of law efforts in the direction of socialism.
