Institutional Obstacles and Resolutions of Prevention and Disposal of School Physical Education Injury Accidents

Frequent injury accidents in school physical education has triggered increasing disputes which cannot be effectively resolved thus seriously restrain schools from carrying out a normal and orderly sports work, which is rooted in the institutional obstacles. To solve the disputes, an equal and just legal idea to im-prove educational laws and regulations is necessary. In addition, establishing specialized safety agencies of school physical education is required. And the practice of injury insurance in school physical education must be enforced. Meanwhile, safety law of school physical education is badly expected.
