Abstract
Multi-modal analgesic drugs with different mechanisms of action, such as opioids,COX2 inhibitors, different analgesic methods,Epidural anesthesia and other peripheral nerve block, postoperative pain mechanisms at different levels, different targets to be block. In order to achieve balanced analgesia to reduce the adverse impact of the nervous, endocrine, immune system,Contribute to the stability of the internal environment and the postoperative rehabilitation. The multimodal analgesic is one of the optional control acute postoperative pain analgesic mode.In this paper, the significance of its application in the in gynecological laparotomy postoperative analgesic and multi-mode analgesic drugs and methods,Provides reference to for gynecological laparotomy postoperative analgesic choice.
