Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of individualized psychological nursing on the patients with primary hypertension. Methods 80 cases with primary hypertension were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=40) and the control group(n=40) from February 2010 to February 2013.Conventional nursing of hypertension was given in the control group while individualized psychological nursing was given in the observation group on the basis of conventional nursing.Blood pressure changes were observed before and after the intervention in the two groups. Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups was compared to before interven-tion and there was a statistical difference(P0.05);the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group was compared to the control group, and there was a statistical difference( P0.05). Conclusion Individualized psychological nursing intervention is helpful to control blood pressure in patients with primary hypertensive, and nursing effect is significant. It is worthy of learning.
