Abstract
In recent years, legalization of ethics becomes a hot point for the study by ethics circle and law circle. This article comments about the study concerning the theoretical basis of legalization of ethics, limitations of legalization of ethics, realization of legalization of ethics, social significance and negative effects of legalization of ethics.
