Effect of Nitrogen Fertilizer on Yield and Quality of Vegetable Soybean

This study of the Xinnongcaidou number 1 was conducled under five different levels of nitrogen fertilizer volume such as agronomic characteri,dry matter accumulation,leaf area index,yield and quality,etc.Research showed that with the nitrogen fertilizer increase,stem was thickened,nodes were decreased,the length of branch,plant height,pods of single plant,seeds of single plants were increased,the relation between the weight of 100 seeds and nitrogen fertilizer was not significant,branch number was decreased after increasing,protein content was decreased after increasing.The relation of starch content and protein content was oppositely significant,soluble sugar content was decreased after increasing.When nitrogen fertilizer volume was 90 kg/hm2,yield and quality were the highest,fresh yield was 13 652.55 kg/hm2,soluble sugar content was 68.85 mg/g,protein content was 39.11%.
