Abstract

Achievement goal orientations is the leading subject of study in achievement motivation,and it is the extension of the study in goal setting.Achievement goal is a state of mind desire which is formed in the process of pursuing individual achievement.It is the complex of cognitive and emotional factors.The two types of achievement goal orientation are learning goal orientation and performance goal orientation,playing a decisive role on the individual′s success.Goal-oriented research focuses on the achievement situations used by the individual dominant type of achievement goals and their individual cognitive,emotional,and achievement behavior on education,sports and work management.
