Abstract
In the market economy,strengthening enterprise cost management has a very important role,but there are some problems in the cost management of Chinese enterprises.It is necessary to strengthen cost-consciousness, set up product life - cycle cost management concepts,and develop ideas to strengthen the strategic cost management.
