Abstract
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Angelica dahurica. Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,RP-18,and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.Their structures were identified by physiochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as 7-O-β-D-Apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-Glucopyranosyl-Scopoletin①,aesculetin-6-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside②,tomenin③,isoscopolin④,Osmanthuside H⑤.Conclusion Compound 1 to 5 were obtained from Umbeliferae for the first time.
