Abstract
This paper proposes a new method based on TLCS of metal chelates for the determination of zinc, cadmium, cobalt and nickel in Chinese traditional medicines, which has the advantages of simple operation and high sensitivity. The method is applied to the determination of total contents, dissoluble fraction, organic state fraction and inorganic state fraction of zinc, cadmium, cobalt and nickel in Tianwang Buxin pills and Niuhuang Qingxin pills. The results are consistent with those by AAS. The average recovery of zinc, cadmium, cobalt and nickel by the proposed method was 98.43%, 103.5%, 104.5% and 98.65%, respectively.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
