Research Teaching Mode of University of Washington and its Enlightenment for Cultivating Creative Talent

Abstract

Creative talent cultivation is one of the most important six moves of Quality Engineering in China.This paper introdues research teaching in Universiyt of Washington from several approaches,such as teaching idea,mode,method and evaluation.The successful experiences of creative talent cultivation can be achieved from research teaching.In order to build favourable enviroment for creative talent cultivation,we should establish research teaching system in the whole process of teaching,strengthen the integration of teaching and research,reform the teaching method and develop extracurricular studies and community practices.
