Intervention of cognitive nursing on patients' stress reaction of thyroid tumor operation value

Abstract
Objective To explore the cognitive nursing intervention on stress reaction in patients with thyroid tumor operation value,so as to provide reference for clinical.Methods 52 patients with thyroid tumor operation from 2010 January to 2014 year in August for admission to hospital patients.Were randomly divided into experimental group(26 cases) and control group(26 cases),the control group using routine clinical nursing intervention,the experimental group on the basis of the application of cognitive nursing.Changes in the levels of two groups were observed in patients with anxiety,depression,blood pressure,heart rate and hormone.Results Patients in the experimental group in the psychological anxiety depression state,blood pressure,heart rate and plasma levels of Cortisol and angiotensin Ⅱ and other indicators are better than the control group.Conclusion Cognitive nursing can effectively reduce the stress response in patients with thyroid tumor operation.
