Abstract
A kind of piecewise linear chaotic map to design chaotic ciphers and approach of image transformation by using chaotic sequence were proposed. Several excellent properties of chaotic sequence were obtained by studying chaotic system mathematic characters. Based on this kind of chaotic map,another kind of chaotic system was designed. Its generated chaotic sequence had higher complexity through stochasticly changing the iterative times and subsection slope. Finally,digital image was encrypted by using the approach of image transformation and chaotic sequence.
