Abstract

This paper compares 8 standardization organizations referring to information resources standard,which are selected from famous and authoritative standardization institutions,namely ISO,IEC,ITU,CEN,CENELEC,ETSI,ANSI,BSI,and a series of problems about information resources standard formulation,content,use,maintenance and so on.At last,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of external standardization system.
