On Lesson Study

As an activity for a teacher professional development,fundamental purpose of lesson study is transform the concept of teachers,or generation of teaching practical knowledge.Unlike lesson assessment,lesson study has not fixed lesson standards,or the standards of lesson study is being of generation or framework.Before lesson study,we should first determine the subject and do a good job of lesson observation;we should choose a good perspective and focus of the study;more researcher should participate and interaction actively;we should research lesson from bottom upand to lesson on lesson.
