What the environmental consciousness reflects is a certain kind of psychological sense, which is a sense of identification with the environment. Through the psychological effect, people pay attention to the change of environment, ecological balance and safeguard the positive development of ecological system consciously. The system includes five parts, which are outlooks of environmental knowledge, environmental values, environmental ethnics, environmental legal system and environmental participation. It can also be divided into five levels, which are perceptual knowledge, knowledge, attitude, evaluation and behavior. The environmental consciousness plays a practical, constructive role in the process of the development of man and nature.
