Abstract
Objective:To contrast circadian rhythm of blood pressure between renal hypertension and essential hypertension(EH).Methods:Patients of experimental group (group A,n=23) were patients with renal hypertension;patients of control group (group B,n=23) were patients with EH. Stop medical therapy 1 week before ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in 2 groups.Results:There were significantly difference in night systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) between group A and B ( P 0 01).decrease rate of night SBP?DBP in group A was less than 10%,that of group B was more than 10% ( P 0 01).Other indexes were no obviously difference.Conclusion:Circadian rhythm of blood pressure of renal hypertension is decrease, must pay attention to recovery of its circadian rhythm in therapy.
