Abstract

Promulgation and implementation of The management measure of the archives management in the institutions of higher learning provide the key system ensure and laws and regulations foundation for the scientific research archives management in the institutions of higher learning.In order to accommodate the situation and improve the scientific research archives management in the institutions of higher learning,based on the analysis of the existing problem on the scientific research archives management in the institutions of higher learning,this study suggests the countermeasures as follows:promoting the understanding of the scientific research archives management;improving the management laws and regulations of the scientific research archives;increasing the information resources of scientific research archives.
