Abstract

Copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),chromium(Cr),nickel(Ni) in sludge samples of wastewater treatment plant are determined by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The influence of cinefaction temperature, cinefaction time, and different nitrate acid volume of digestion on the absorption of different metals is discussed. The accuracy and precision of the method are examined.Under the optimal conditions, the correlation coefficient of six elements are between 0.997 0~0.999 9,RSD is between 0.20%~3.72%,and the recovery is between 92.8%~104.9%.The changing concentrations of above elements in different seasons are shown.
