Abstract

Objective:To explore the effect and safety of treatment with early intravenous thrombolysis on acute myocardial infarction(AMI) in the primary hospital. Methods:We chosed 20 patients with AMI hospitalized from August 2005 to December 2010 in our hospital, who were treated with urokinase by injection in early time of AMI.Results:All the patients were thrombolytic successfully. After treatment, there were 17 cases alive, and 3 cases died.However,1 case suffered upper gastrointestinal bleeding and the other suffered urethral bleeding. Conclusion:Treatment with early intravenous thrombolysis on AMI in the primary hospital may improve the success rate of thrombolysis, reduce the complications and mortality. It is also safe and feasible.
