Recently,microwave dielectric ceramics is the key fundamental materials ,which have applied extensively in the microwave devices as microwave resonators ,filters,dielectric substrates,phase shifters.The advance in microwave dielectri c ceramics promotes largely the rapid development of modern communications indust ry.The recent progresses have been reviewed on the microwave dielectric ceramics with high dielectric constant in this paper.And their development trend is disc ussed.
