Abstract
Based on the quality-directed college foreign language teaching management,we analysed the three levels of the management system,and pointed out the existing problems of it.Furthermore,some proposals for the construction of scientific teaching adminstration system concerning the management awareness,teaching target,evaluation mechanism and so on are presented in the papers.
