Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for detection of chromium in capsule by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: Capsule was dispersed by hot 1% nitric acid, then the sample solution was diluted and chromium was directly determined. Results: There was no significant difference between the results obtained with this method and those with the national pharmacopoeia method, and the method was simple with less pollution, good repeatability, and the detection limit of 1.7 × 10-11 g.When chromium content in the capsule was 2 mg/kg,the relative standard deviations were less than10%,with recoveries of 95% to 108%.Conclusion: This method is suitable for the determination of chromium in the capsule.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
