Abstract

An enterprise is similar to the life body,also has the birth and death.It performs different characteristics in different life cycle′s time.Therefore,enterprise′s policy-makers must adopt the different investment decision in enterprise′s different period.They should make scientific and reasonable investment decision on the basis of the enterprise life-cycle analysis.So that enterprises can have a good return on investment to ensure the sustainable development.
