Abstract
Constructing harmonious culture is the important task of constructing harmonious socialist society.Constructing harmonious culture must accurately grasp the spiritual and cultural diversity and persist in the unity of main theme with diversity,must objectively face the market economic system and realize the development of both market economy and ideological and moral work,and must comprehensively follow economic globalization and maintain the agreement of cultural opening with cultural security.
