Abstract
The author carries out the concrete analysis of the energy saving status of the residential buildings in our country,puts forward the suggestions for how to really realize the building energy saving,improve the energy utilization,hopes to create the excellent housing that is accord with the architecture principles and meets the requirement of the energy saving with the departments cooperation.
