Abstract
In this paper, the authors discuss a migration processing's example of thrust fault complex structure. In past, though 3 D prestack depth migration was very good to complex structure project, it was impossible to use 3 D prestack depth migration. Recently it becomes possible for us to use 3 D prestack depth migration as the development of mainframe computer and software. Based on the work about depth velocity model, the authors have used 3 D prestack depth migration technology to process a 3 D seismic project successively in west China.
