Abstract
Objective To increase the understanding of community hospital in various acute abdominal pain diseases.Methods The clinical symptoms and treatment of 8 cases with acute abdominal pain who were misdiagnosed in our hospital during October 2012 to September 2013 were summarized and analyzed.Results In 8 cases with misdiagnosis,there were 75%(6/8) cases with the misdiagnosis of digestive system disease,8 patients had no death after active treatment.Conclusion The clinicians especially general practitioner in community hospital should enhance the understanding of the characteristics of acute abdominal pain,carefully take medical history and give physical examination,to avoid the serious consequences caused by delayed diagnosis.
