Systematic analysis on China's regional disparity of tourism development

Using systematic data and econometric models,this paper explores China's regional disparity of tourism development and its evolution since 1990.It leads the result that the disparity is great.Although the relative disparity of China's tourism development continuously decreases,the absolute disparity of China's tourism development increases.The disparity is decomposed.The result shows that it is the inter-province disparity in the eastern area and the disparity between eastern,middle and western regions that induces China's regional disparity of tourism development.
