Abstract

Interns teaching in clinical medical college was important to the cultivation of medical talents under the situation of 3+2training model.The author put forward that such aspects should be stressed during teaching,as training excellent tutors,normalizing the teaching rounds of the wards,emphasizing case discussion,making professional lectures,adding the assessment of graduation,holding regular interns exchange meeting and cultivating the clinical thinking capability.
