Abstract

The system of law and economics is built on the two theories.One is the economics basis;the other is the jurisprudence basis.In economics,classic economics provides the thinking weapon for law and economics,neoclassical economics provides the important theoretical basis for it and new institutional economics provides the methodological basis for it directly.
