Abstract

In the paper,it is analyzed the changes of cost management caused by the changes of cost center for construction projects as well as proposed such management methods for project cost control as strengthening cost forecast and cost control as well as establishing and perfecting rewards and punishments system of project construction that combining responsibility and power with benefit aiming at the existing problems in construction project cost management. Therefore,construction enterprises should strengthen project cost control to increase their economic benefits.
