Abstract

The situation in the Middle East is complicated and changeable.None of the hot-spot issues are resolved.Bush administration had no good blueprint for the Middle East predicament,while the Middle East policy adjustment of the new Obama administration attracts attention.The Europe and Russia get involved in the Middle East actively.They compete and cooperate with US at the same time.Arab countries' desire for united self-reliance is strengthening due to all sorts of impacts they have faced.
