Abstract

This paper analyzes the characteristic features of talent training in universities and quality-oriented education of un- dergraduates with abilities needed by our society in the new era,discusses the stands and basic requests of the work of class ad- visors in universities,and advocates the concepts of“keeping pace with the times”and“putting people first”in the practice of implementing quality-oriented education.
